Electrode Development and scale-up Expertise
We design, develop and manufacture next-generation electrodes and sensors built to our clients specifications and desired applications. Our team has established expertise in the design, development and manufacture of custom electrodes and body-worn sensors utilising the most up to date adhesives, hydrogels, films and release liners.
Our network of suppliers allows us work with short-long term skin-contacting adhesives. Our experience means that we can recommend the right raw materials to ensure your final product meets the performance requirements needed including wear time, adhesion to skin and impedance.
Our development lab allows us to test and manufacture functional prototypes, which can be readily transferred to our commercial manufacturing facility and scale up for mass production.
